  • Find out the member's cost share, deductible or out-of-pocket responsibility for in and out-of-network benefits
  • View member's previous benefit plans (up to 18 months in the past)

This upgraded app will replace the Claims Management and Claims Reconsideration apps on Link and allows you to:

  • View claims information for multiple UnitedHealthcare plans
  • Access remittance advice, letters and reimbursement policies
  • Create a new claim reconsideration request or view an existing one

Link, a new website for UnitedHealthcareOnline.com and Optum Cloud Dashboard users,replaces Optum Cloud Dashboard. It includes many of the same applications as Optum Cloud Dashboard, but with a new interface.

During the live session you will:

  • Learn how to use the User ID & Password Management Application.

Learn about the My Practice Profile app on Link.  This app allows you to view and update* care provider demographic data that United Healthcare members see for your practice - such as your office address, hours, phone, fax, website, contracted plans and more.   And we can process the changes you request through My Practice Profile faster than by any other means.

* Update capability is only available if granted permission by your Optum ID administrator.
