This app is replacing our other online options for requesting eligibility and benefits information: the Patient Eligibility & Benefits transaction on UnitedHealthcareOnline.com and the Eligibility & Benefits app on Link.

This session will also include a preview of the claimsLink app, which will replace the Claim Status and Claim Reconsideration transactions on UnitedHealthcareOnline.com and the Claims Management and Claims Reconsideration apps on Link.

Learn about the My Practice Profile app on Link.  This app allows you to view and update* care provider demographic data that United Healthcare members see for your practice - such as your office address, hours, phone, fax, website, contracted plans and more.   And we can process the changes you request through My Practice Profile faster than by any other means.

* Update capability is only available if granted permission by your Optum ID administrator.
