Effective April 22, 2015, View360 will no longer be available.

The change makes way for program tools specific to each of our health plans and their unique plan membership.

Over the last five years, View360 has provided care opportunity information about UnitedHealthcare members who may be due or overdue for preventive screenings or other health services. As UnitedHealthcare evolves to meet changing needs, we have introduced several new programs that communicate similar types of information to you.

Care measure reporting is part of the following programs. These programs will continue to be available after View360 is retired on April 22, 2015:

UnitedHealthcare Medicare Solutions

  • Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Star Ratings Quality Improvement: The monthly Patient Care Opportunity Report provides actionable information you can use to identify member adherence to preventive screenings, treatments and medications. For more information about this report, please call 866-270-5588.
  • Gaps in Care: On Optum Cloud Dashboard, providers can view identified gaps in care information for UnitedHealthcare Medicare Solutions members. This comprehensive health data is based on claims and pharmacy records, and can be used to help improve quality of care. To view this information, please log on to Optum Cloud Dashboard > Eligibility & Benefits Center. If you don't have an Optum ID to access Optum Cloud Dashboard, please click here for registration information.

UnitedHealthcare Commercial

  • UnitedHealth Premium Designation Program: The report suite currently available for the Premium designation program will soon feature a new monthly Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) Member Care Summary. The summary includes members who may be due or overdue for preventive screenings or other health services that may also be included in their Premium designation annual assessment. The launch of the monthly HEDIS Member Care Summary is scheduled for Q3 2015. If you are eligible for the Premium designation program and are an active View360 online user, you will automatically have access to the new report through UnitedHealthcareOnline.com. UnitedHealthcare Community Plan

  • Monthly Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT) and Preventative Health Measures reports are now available on UnitedHealthcareOnline.com. To view this information, please log on to UnitedHealthcareOnline.com and select the REPORTS link from the TOOLS AND RESOURCES menu.
